These are gorgeous photos of a stunning, golden sunset on The Gulf. It deeply saddens me that we don't know what the future will hold and I wonder if I will ever get to enjoy their beauty again. I almost got in the car to drive down today, but my daughter is driving up her instead from Tampa, wish she could bring the beaches with her.
Thank you. I know exactly what you mean. I have a very hard time watching TV about this "disaster". They are starting to hire people here to be ready for clean-up, my daughter and I will volunteer when needed. I've lived here for over 28 years, and just pray it doesn't reach here, I'm across the bay from Tampa. Enjoy the weekend with your daughter. God Bless!!!
You must not be too far from where I just moved from, I lived across the bay from Tampa in Seminole, but we had a home in Indian Rocks Beach for 20 years. Have you been to the blog Artfully Graced? She lives in Palm Harbor. There's a link in my sidebar and I did a post a few days ago on a painting she sent me recently as a housewarming gift.
It is a small world, that is where I am located. Just about 5 minutes from the beach. No, I haven't had the opportunity to look at her page, but I will now. How long ago did you move from this area? I can tell you really miss it, but is still close enough you can visit when you wish.
